From Bay Bridge/Lombard Street Gate (East Presidio Entrance)
Please be advised that the Bay Bridge Seismic Retrofit Project will periodically result in detours on the westbound approach. Visit the 511 website for current conditions.
Take the Fremont Street exit. This exit will direct you around onto Fremont Street. Cross Market Street and then turn left onto Pine Street. Continue on Pine Street to Franklin Street. Turn right onto Franklin. Turn left onto Lombard Street and stay in the left lane. Following the signs toward the Presidio, use the Lombard Street left hand turn lane (after Broderick Street) to stay on Lombard. Enter the Presidio at the Lombard Gate. At the first stop sign, turn right onto Letterman Drive. Turn right onto Lincoln Boulevard. Turn left onto Montgomery Street. Turn right onto Sheridan Avenue. At the three-way intersection, take a left onto Fisher Loop and travel up the hill. The Golden Gate Club is on the right.
From San Francisco Airport (South Presidio Entrance)
Take Hwy 101 North to Highway 380 West to Highway 280 North towards San Francisco. The freeway exits onto 19th Avenue. Travel on 19th Avenue, cross Lincoln, and enter Golden Gate Park. As you exit Golden Gate Park (crossing Fulton Avenue), the road becomes Park Presidio Boulevard. Turn right on California. Turn left on Arguello Boulevard. Enter the Presidio at the Arguello Gate. Follow Arguello Boulevard downhill to the first stop sign. Turn left onto Moraga Avenue. Turn right on Infantry Terrace. Turn left on Fisher Loop. The Golden Gate Club is on the right.
From the Golden Gate Bridge (Northeast Presidio Entrance)
Stay in the far right toll lane. After the toll plaza, take the very first right (at the bus stop) onto Merchant Avenue. Merchant Avenue ends at Lincoln Boulevard. Turn left on Lincoln, following it through the park. After National Cemetery, turn right onto Infantry Terrace, and take another immediate right onto Fisher Loop. The Golden Gate Club is on the right.
From Presidio Gate (Southeast Presidio Entrance)
Enter the park at the Presidio Gate. Follow Presidio Boulevard downhill. At the first stop sign, proceed straight. At the second stop sign, Presidio Boulevard becomes Lincoln Boulevard. Continue on Lincoln Boulevard westbound and turn left onto Montgomery Street. Turn right onto Sheridan Avenue. At the three-way intersection, take a left onto Fisher Loop and follow it up the hill. The Golden Gate Club is on the right.
From the Marina Gate (Northeast Presidio Entrance)
Follow Mason Street west. Turn left onto Halleck Street. At the stop sign, turn right onto Lincoln Boulevard. Turn left onto Montgomery Street. Turn right onto Sheridan Avenue. At the three-way intersection, take a left onto Fisher Loop and follow it up the hill. The Golden Gate Club is on the right.
From the Arguello Gate (South Presidio Entrance)
Follow Arguello Blvd to the first stop sign which is at the bottom of the hill. Go straight. At next stop sign, turn left onto Sheridan Avenue. The next stop sign is Sheridan at Montgomery. Go straight and then make a left on Fisher Loop. As you drive up Fisher Loop, the Golden Gate Club is on your right.
From 25th Avenue Gate (Southwest Presidio Entrance)
From 25th Avenue, turn right on El Camino del Mar. Once inside the Presidio’s 25th Avenue Gate, El Camino del Mar becomes Lincoln Boulevard. Follow Lincoln Boulevard north and then east to the Main Post (you will travel beneath two overpasses). Lincoln Boulevard will become Sheridan as you enter the Main Post near National Cemetery. Once you pass National Cemetery, turn right onto Infantry Terrace, and take an immediate right onto Fisher Loop. The Golden Gate Club is on the right.
